Schedule Your Interview –  The first step is to schedule an introductory interview and needs assessment. All new clients are invited for an office interview to discuss the current situation, challenges, motivations for change, wishes, must haves, future considerations, expectations, budget and timeframe.

Sign an Agreement – You will be presented with a service agreement defining expectations, scope of work, services and exclusions, the rights and responsibilities of each party, retainer, fee schedule, and right to cancel the agreement.

  1. Q Concierge Service Level – Fee 1% of sales price. Your Personal advocate, moving coordinator, personal assistant services.
  2. Q Signature Transaction Brokerage Relationship Service Level – Seller pays 6.5%, Buyer pays 3% of the purchase price. Exclusive Realtor representation, seller services include professional pictures and video for marketing, open houses, contract negotiation, closing coordination, online and print marketing, MLS entry, buyer home searches, showings, contract writing, negotiations, sales transaction management and closing. 
  3. Q A La Cart Service Level – $100/hr or flat fee per project. Gain flexibility in choosing only the services you need. If a buyer or seller believes they’re capable of taking over some of the tasks associated with property showings, contract negotiation or anything else, they can elect to pay the real estate consultant only for the services they need based on a written service agreement.


Sellers can pay hourly, or a flat fee for open houses, group tours, networking pitches, contract writing, negotiation, meeting inspectors/appraisers, title and closing coordination services, getting comparative market analysis and pricing assistance, professional photos, video and drone marketing, etc.

Out of state buyers and investors pay hourly or a flat fee for property video tours, to analyze/locate a property without their assistance, and for various transactional services.
